The Boutique Hotel Guest Experience Awards (BoHos) were created to recognise and reward UK and international boutique, lifestyle and hybrid hotels that provide the very best in guest experiences.
The BoHo Awards hold particular weight because they are not granted based on the opinions of a handful of critics or judges, nor on social popularity contests or votes, but are awarded based on feedback from participating hotels’ own guests in the form of online reviews and direct feedback.
Although this means hotels need to be using a guest feedback partner to compete, the official BoHos data collection partner, GuestRevu, offers complimentary use of its guest feedback and online reputation management solution to all entrants for the duration of the awards.
