Anne is customer experience director for Sidona Group, and a judge for the regional Visit England Tourism Awards for Excellence and National Customer Experience Awards. Sidona Group specialises in guest experience research, strategy and training for leaders and front line staff. Sidona won a National Training Award in 2010 for their exemplary return on investment and engaging approaches to learning.
