Billy is the head of the hotels team at The Deerbrook Group, an asset management group based in central London. His responsibilities include the origination, underwriting and execution of new potential opportunities, as well as the asset management of their European hotel portfolio, including the hotel development of the 360 room Mondrian London at Sea Containers. Billy worked at the Great Hotels Organisation, where he advised hotel owners on operational efficiencies and sales and marketing strategies. In 2007, Billy joined BNP Paribas Real Estate where he worked on hotel acquisitions. Before joining Deerbrook, Billy worked at Voyager Partners, a hospitality fund, where he played a key role in their 40 per cent acquisition stake into Fairmont Raffles Hotels International. Billy earned a BA from Florida International University and an MBA from Cass Business School, University of London.
