Following an illustrious career in the luxury hotel, restaurant and gaming industry, Charles has an extensive background in three Michelin star restaurants and his experience in hotel, casino and general management was gained locally and internationally working for companies such as Four Seasons, Conrad, Marriott and Starwood with postings in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Venice and most recently, leading the superb Wood Hall Hotel and Spa in Wetherby.

Charles brings a positive new direction in leadership to the Feversham Arms and his local knowledge and reputation in Yorkshire adds an element of excitement that is perfect for his appointment to this luxury boutique hotel and spa in Helmsley.
