Chris is a real estate professional and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has been CEO of yoo Holdings since October 2006. He is responsible for all the activities of the group which include design & branding, furnishings, capital and hotels. With a career in commercial and residential real estate spanning over 30 years, Chris has worked on major projects all around the world both as an advisor and a principal. His experience includes major development projects and corporate consultancy as well as running a transactional team in the central London market.

Chris has been responsible for setting up the yoo business in Asia and has recruited a number of new licensed designers to the business including Marcel Wanders, Kelly Hoppen and Anouska Hempel. He drives the business development of the Group and all joint venture activities. Chris is a regular speaker at industry events on various topics, including the power of branding in real estate and client service.

Prior to yoo, Chris held a number of senior positions in real estate. He was CEO of UK based property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton and also group property director at serviced office provider, Regus during its IPO. He was also a partner of CB Hillier Parker. Chris is an executive chairman of the RICS Business Development Board which is responsible for the commercial activities of the institution.
