David Hughes is general manager of Hotel Indigo Liverpool, a 151-bedroom boutique hotel which features a Marco Pierre White restaurant. With more than 15 years’ industry experience, David’s in-depth knowledge of the hospitality sector has been integral to growing the business since it launched last June. David has spent a large part of his career working for leading brands across InterContinental Hotels Group and Whitbread, which has given him a unique insight into the challenges of managing both brand and boutique within the framework of a large international group.
