Gary is senior vice president and co-founder of Concept Amenities, an Australian company established in 1983 that is a leading pioneer in manufacturing and supplying the hospitality industry with guest amenities. Gary is involved in major regional; national and global guest amenity opportunities working with some of the largest Hotel Groups in the world. Having overseen the growth of Concept Amenities in the USA; EMEA; Asia Pacific and ASEAN countries Gary’s knowledge of the guest amenity industry is very extensive. Working with the Innovation and R&D teams in Australia, Gary and the CA team are working towards a paradigm move in the Life Cycle Assessment of guest amenities through a bold plan to create a truly sustainable amenity programme.
