She has overseen the development of luxury niche market hotels and resorts for institutional investors and high net worth individuals, ranging from €18 to €120 million, and has owned and operated two hotels in Paris. She is vice president of Reignwood Investments U.K. Limited, where she is responsible for the planning and execution of a £300 million conversion of a 415,000 square-foot heritage building into a 100-room luxury hotel, private members club, and 41 super prime residences. Reignwood is a mainland Chinese conglomerate with 3000 employees and RMB35 billion revenue with investments in China, Thailand, Europe, the United States.Grace has also worked for her own consultancy firm as well as GLA Hotels, Warwick International Hotels, Sheraton and InterContinental.
