The eldest son of a gardener, Graham began working in the Hotel industry as a kitchen trainee before graduating from a London University. He then joined Hilton as front office manager moving on to become one of Accor’s first yield managers at their 600 bedroom London Novotel. After two years, he created the role of cluster revenue manager for Le Meridien in Paris contributing to generate strong growth for two hotels covering 2,000 bedrooms and over 6,600m2 of meeting and event space, a formula which he successfully replicated through all Le Meridien properties in France, Belgium and Monaco.

Moving back to London in 1999 as brand pricing manager for Le Meridien, he represented the Brand on the Forte Hotel Group projects while rolling out revenue and pricing principles across all regions covering the 126 properties world-wide. In July 2010, following two years as director of revenue management for Intercontinental Cairo, Graham joined Concorde Hotels & Resorts heading up the distribution, e-commerce, central reservations, pricing & revenue, groups optimisation, expansion & development teams. More recently, Graham is an independent advising hotels and chains on Revenue Management & Digital Strategy.
