Jane Scrivner has worked in the spa industry for over 22 years. Starting as a therapist, moving on to instructor, graduating to contemporary treatment designer and now formulator of her award winning, eponymous skincare label JANE SCRIVNER. She has travelled the world instructing spa therapists on the art of perfecting treatment delivery, and her most recent venture is the launch of a state of the art appliance business – Spapliance – launching The ORB in 2011 and ORBSERTS in 2014 – a unique way to deliver both luxury and maintenance treatments hygienically, effortlessly and economically. Jane also holds strong views on style over content, management abandonment and voucher discounting in the hotel spa environment.
