Joe left behind the beaches of Scarborough in 2008 to pursue a degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Surrey. The Yorkshireman gathered operational experience in some of England’s most prolific properties before graduating and immediately joining STR Global in the summer of 2012. Joe hit the ground running and has since made a huge impression in the UK, Ireland, Benelux and Scandinavia; developing markets, attending and presenting at industry events and writing articles for a number of industry publications.
