Judi has worked in hospitality marketing for over 20 years. In 2000 she relocated to Cornwall to join Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant and then in 2004 moved to Watergate Bay Hotel first as marketing director and then operations director delivering the brand strategy, marketing and guest experience. She is also a member of the team that founded the social enterprise restaurant, Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall, at Watergate Bay and is a trustee of that charity.
