Kim Bardoul is a consultant with The Highland Group, an Atlanta based company with decades of hotel research, feasibility studies and financial analysis experience. The Highland Group has completed over 1,400 hotel assignments and specializes in boutique hotels, with which Kim has several years experience. Her more recent projects include developing a forecasting model to estimate the return on investment of branding a portfolio of luxury boutique hotels and evaluating converting a former psychiatric hospital into a boutique hotel. Kim has been a moderator for the Boutique Lifestyle Hotel Development Conference and a guest speaker for Georgia Tech University.
