Mark Jones in a vice president of Luxury Hotels Group, and has a career spanning more than 28 years that covers the hotel, airline and travel & tourism industries. Before joining Luxury Hotels Group, Jones spent more than 10 years working with some of the world’s most notable luxury independent hotels in roles such as senior director hotel development EMEA at Worldhotels, global director of sales at Great Hotels of the World, and director of sales UK & Ireland with Preferred Hotel Group. Complimented with a 10 year history covering airlines such as Virgin Atlantic, Air Canada and Air Mauritius, Jones has a strong international background and a total vision of the travel industry.

From a hotel apprenticeship in Perth, Australia in 1986, to an MBA from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, Jones's career has been progressive. He has worked in various markets across the global and has notable success in hotel development, management consultancy, sales, marketing, and distribution. He takes an entrepreneurial approach to maximise the potential of all opportunities, and this has been the drive to realise the newly opened offices for Luxury Hotels Group in Dubai and New Delhi.
