Mike is a consultant to the board of the luxury hotel group The Salviatino Collection in Italy, he works as a mentor to the executive team at Jupiter Hotels in the UK and is chair of Optimal Monitoring, a UK based energy management firm. Mike is also an associate director with Revenue Performance, a global revenue analytics and management firm, and is involved with various projects in the hospitality and food & drink space in the area of brand and operational performance improvement. Prior to his career going plural he was senior vice president marketing and sales EMEA for Hilton Worldwide.

He has previously worked for Intercontinental in sales and development, Sheraton as head of advertising for EMEA and VP marketing Africa, and was MD of Utell and CEO of The Real Hotel Group plc. He started his career in hospitality with Trusthouse Forte in the UK. Mike holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University where he is a Visiting Fellow, he is also a graduate member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
