Olubunmi Okolosi

A passionate budding restaurateur entrenched in hospitality, Olubunmi qualified and trained professionally as a chef but moved to front of house at 18 because someone told him he could wear a suit! He has worked on projects including London's hottest restaurant of the year The Lockhart, the one Michelin-Star LIMA, the two Michelin-Star Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and the Rooftop Restaurant and Albion Cafe at Sir Terence Conran's Boundary Hotel. He is currently working on a restaurant project with The Arabica Food & Spice Company, overseeing all areas of operation of the business and working with the partners implementing strategic direction of the new company in the London market place.
