Peter Taylor is the owner and founder of The Town House Collection, with The Bonham hotel in Edinburgh and Blythswood Square hotel and spa in Glasgow. Peter graduated from Strathclyde University later working as a director with Thistle, Forte and Stakis hotels before going it alone in 1984. Peter’s vision has always been that The Town House Collection would be one of the best companies to work for with the business mission of providing a genuine, personal and memorable experience to customers, suppliers and team members. Until recently Peter chaired a support group in North Edinburgh under the umbrella of Scottish Business in The Community. A past director of The Scottish Tourism Forum/Alliance and past UK Chairman of the British Hospitality Association – his latest award was a lifetime excellence award from Catering in Scotland.
