Phil is a partner at Cedar Capital Partners where he focuses on hotel acquisitions and asset management. Since joining Cedar he has worked on the acquisition of over €1.5 billion worth of hotels and recently completed the acquisition of Le Richemond Hotel in Geneva, and a portfolio of five star hotels across Europe. Prior to joining the company, he worked at HVS International in their London and Singapore offices. Mr. Golding has valued hotel real estate in excess of US$5 billion in over 30 countries and has advised some of the world's most prominent hotel investors, lenders, operators and developers. Phil started his career at the Savoy Group of Hotels where he completed the prestigious five-year management training programme.
