Rebecca is one of three sisters who created The Scarlet, an award winning eco-hotel and spa, located on the Cornish cliffs in the south-west of England. They also own the Bedruthan Hotel, which specialises in family holidays and was recently awarded the much coveted César award by the Good Hotel Guide. Both hotels have sustainability at the heart of their design, operations and culture with the desire to ‘create not merely consume’ being visible in every aspect of the business.

Rebecca led the design team on the Scarlet build, bringing together a shared passion for combining art and design with sustainable living. She also created the concept behind the Scarlet Spa, working to develop a unique and truly holistic wellbeing offering, far away from the quick fix culture of miracle creams and botox. Innovative and ground breaking in their approach, their aim has always been to push the boundaries of hospitality and create places to come to that touch the soul.
