As vice president asset management for PPHE Hotel Group, Saar drives the management of the group’s real estate and is responsible for capital expenditure, acquisition, and asset utilisation and optimisation strategies. Saar works alongside the development team in identifying key expansion opportunities outside of the portfolio, supporting the company in achieving its ambitious growth and profit targets. Saar brings to PPHE Hotel Group over 15 years of global investment, development and asset management experience, having previously held senior investment positions at companies including Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. Saar holds an LLB from the University of Sussex (Hons), an LLM from the Hebrew University and an MBA from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne.
