Sanjay has been director of investments and business development at Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company [ADNEC] for eight years and is responsible for ADNEC’s portfolio of investments, including hotels across the Middle East and Europe. He is also responsible for the general business development, real estate opportunities and all other commercial interests for the ADNEC Group.

Sanjay’s true passion lies with real estate and hotel investments, specifically within the luxury, lifestyle and boutique segments. This includes not only investments and development, but all commercial related aspects of the transaction from initial concept, financing and all the way through to branding, but always with an ultimate aim of completing a transaction that is not only commercially and financially astute but where the transaction is closed out in a manner that promotes and encourages partnerships and brand values to be created with opportunity for repeat business.

With a background in real estate finance and accounting, real estate investment fund management (Henderson Investors), media & event management (Galaxy Media) and the real day to day running of business divisions, Sanjay has a wealth and broad range of experience in real estate and hotel branding which has added to his commercial repertoire.
