Sary Arab is chief operating officer and founding member of Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts EMEA. After graduating in hotel management in Paris, he held various positions in sales and marketing in properties throughout the Middle East and Europe, before specialising at Cornell University in hotel and real estate development. He then teamed up with Jihad el Khoury at the 250-room Don Carlos Beach & Golf Resort, Marbella Spain, where he oversaw all business development, the €25m renovation of the hotel, the development and sale of the Don Carlos Beach villas and condos on the property, and the creation and launch of Nikki Beach at the Don Carlos Hotel, in 2004.
