With over 20 years’ experience, Stuart Procter is one of Britain’s leading hoteliers. Starting his hospitality career at The Northcote, in Lancashire, Stuart took part in a rigorous three year apprenticeship, where he became the first person to successfully complete the course. Throughout his twenties Stuart experienced a hugely successful career in the hospitality industry, working at hotels including The Vineyard in Berkshire, which gained an impressive Michelin Star and five AA Red Stars during his time as manager, The Devonshire Hotels and Restaurants, as well as the iconic London hotel, The Stafford.

In early 2011, Stuart left The Stafford to become the managing director of GG Hospitality, alongside directors Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville. Last year saw the opening of Café Football, a football themed restaurant in the heart of Westfield Stratford City, with a menu designed by two Michelin Star chef Michael Wignall. After the success of Café Football, the GG Hospitality team is now set to open Hotel Football, a unique football themed hotel with 133 bedrooms. The hotel is located opposite Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium and will open its doors in March 2015.
