Susan Harmsworth founded ESPA in 1990. It swiftly became the world’s first total spa company, specialising in the innovative design, development, management, products, treatments and training of five star spas worldwide. ESPA’s spa portfolio spans 55 countries, Susan has created award winning spas for five star clients including Peninsula, Ritz Carlton, Bulgari, Four Seasons, One&Only, the Metropole Monte Carlo and many more. In 2010, Susan was honoured with an MBE in recognition of her services to the spa and beauty industry.
