Victoria is the business development manager for EMEA at Concept Amenities, an Australian company established in 1983 that is a leading pioneer in manufacturing and supplying the hospitality industry with guest amenities. Victoria is involved in major regional, national and global guest amenity opportunities working with some of the largest hotel groups in the world. Having worked for competitors, Victoria has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the guest amenity industry and is working with the Innovation and R&D teams in Australia towards a paradigm move in the Life Cycle Assessment of guest amenities through a bold plan to create a truly sustainable amenity programme.
