Warren Chan is a finance and development executive who has lived and worked in Washington, DC, London and Singapore. Working for Chase Manhattan Bank, Mellon Bank, and Marriott International, Warren has over 25 years of experience in the real estate and financing markets globally. He has focused on the branded hotel and residential industry and on mixed‐use developments. He has founded Potomac Thames LLC, which is a team of professionals with vertically integrated skills and specialized in lodging asset management, development and financing. Warren has extensive experience working with multi-­‐lateral, bi-­‐lateral and regional development banks. His projects have also included forming the first unconsolidated hotel leasing and operating company, creating a new global lodging brand, and structuring a Shariah compliant investment fund. Warren has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from Northwestern University and is currently living in London.
