Mr. Ah Moo is the COO of International Hotel Services, a division of a private family office, and the Managing Director of BLI Capital, a leisure real estate investment and advisory firm.

A 25 year veteran of the hospitality industry has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, the US, Mexico, and the Pacific Islands, his companies invest and manage leisure assets globally. Prior to joining IHS, Mr. Ah Moo served as the CEO of Indochina Hotels and Resorts and managed the largest privately held resort portfolio in Vietnam.. He has also served in executive management roles and consulted for Marriott International, Le Meridien Hotels and the Landry’s Restaurant Group. Mr. Ah Moo has guest lectured at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca, NY and at the Cornell Nanyang Institute in Singapore, and is the author of “Pursuing the Right Strategic Direction” for the book Strategic Hospitality Leadership; The Asian Initiative. A Native Hawaiian, Baron graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Management and holds a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Finance and Marketing from Cornell University.
