The Arch London, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, has appointed Eva Mount as its new General Manager.

Having worked with Firmdale Hotels for over ten years, Eva has vast experience in the boutique hotel market. Eva’s previous position was as General Manager at Firmdale Dorset Square where she managed the opening of the five-star boutique hotel and its restaurant, The Potting Shed.

Eva was also General Manager at Firmdale’s Charlotte Street Hotel, and Deputy General Manager of Firmdale’s Soho Hotel.

She boasts an exceptional CV having worked in renowned hotels such as The Goring, as well as in the Hilton and Malmasion groups. Eva is also interested in health and wellbeing and has recently completed her Yoga teacher training.

Eva is looking forward to bringing her passion and a wealth of knowledge to The Arch London. She adds: “As a lover of great design and artwork I am excited to be working within such a beautiful hotel as The Arch London.

“Service is another great passion of mine, and I am looking forward to continuing the great work at the hotel. Having started my career at The Cumberland Hotel, only a few minute’s walk away, I am delighted to be returning to this prestigious area close to Hyde Park and the best shopping in London”.
