Francine co-founded GuestRevu in 2013 and heads up the company’s sales and marketing activities globally.

By focusing on monitoring and managing the guest experience through both direct guest feedback and online reputation management, GuestRevu is helping hoteliers to listen to, learn from and earn from their guests. GuestRevu is all about using leading edge technology in a way that adds value to businesses and this approach has been recognised by both clients and partners around the world. As such, the company is one of only three recipients globally, and the only one in Europe, to be awarded TripAdvisor Platinum Review Collection Partner status. To clients, this means being able to proactively drive reviews to TripAdvisor, thus increasing their ranking.
