Grant Powell is managing director of Central Working, a leading hospitality brand focusing on collaboration which facilitates the growth of over 1,500 SME member businesses in locations around the UK.

Grant's experience spans over 18 years within the hospitality sector running some of the world's leading hotels and hospitality businesses. During his time these businesses have won many accolades such as service business of the year, employee engagement of the year, Condé Nast top hotels of the world and runner up in the 2015 employer of the year awards. Grant currently spends his spare time working with hospitality charities to raise awareness to get other young hospitality professionals into the industry. An understanding of state of mind within business has been a key driver of success throughout his career.
