Heleri Rande is the Director of Business Development for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Puccini Group.

Based in the firm’s London office, Heleri spearheads Puccini Group’s growth within the region, identifying opportunities for clients and connecting them with the Puccini Group studios’ resources to produce optimal solutions. A frequent speaker and moderator at conferences, Heleri is well-versed in multiple languages and possesses deep knowledge of global F&B trends. Originally from Estonia, Heleri has lived in seven countries, travelled widely, and dined at hundreds of restaurants around the world. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from New York University in Economics and Business and an executive MBA in Hospitality Administration from École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) in Switzerland.
