John Grisby’s heritage in human performance and development is from 25 years' experience of a multi-disciplined background that includes competitive sport, performance management consultancy, entrepreneurship, corporate and private enterprise and international business development.

He has worked in in Europe, the US. Africa, South America and the Middle East (sales/marketing). Formally trained in the US and Israel by the Adizes Institute/Company Lifecycles and certified to deliver Company Lifecycle Methodology, Diagnostic and Team Integration. Voted by Inc. magazine (USA) 'best in class' structure and process for founder/owner SMEs. Extensive experience working cross industry with diverse roles; founder-entrepreneurs, owner-MDs, career- CEO/MDs, senior management and teams and ‘high potentials’ from corporate, large SMEs, mid-market and family-owned business in markets across UK, Europe, South America, Africa, the Middle East and the US.
Extensive and diverse business experience includes; helping UK entrepreneur of the year (1999) Mark Dixon’s Regus Plc (UK) grow in Europe/South America from mid-stage start up to IPO, a traditional Family owned (ESP) Spanish publishing house expand internationally UK/US, Co-Founders of Fifty Lessons (UK), a digital education content producer build start-up structure to eventual US expansion and M&A. Other roles include sales director for global independent business media group developing projects of behalf of their clients CNN, CNBC, The Economist and Business Week in Africa, Europe and South America.
