The Hotel Solutions Partnership is a network of over 30 hotel industry experts offering advisory, short-term management and acquisition and investment support. Hotel Solutions has teams based in the Americas, UK EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Katrina has helped clients acquire, develop and reposition hotels, resorts and clubs internationally. Katrina was Managing Director of Allsco GmbH, which owns the Kempinski Gravenbruch in Frankfurt. She is a member of Sustain Worldwide, a group of hotel and resort industry players for whom sustainable development is a stated objective.

Prior to establishing her consultancy, Katrina worked in hotel and resort development and hotel brand franchising in Asia. In her last executive position as CEO of Accor Asia Pacific Hotels and Resorts Philippines, she oversaw the re-branding and refurbishment of 3 hotels totalling 1,150 keys to the Sofitel, Novotel and Mercure brands. Previous to this, she was VP for Projects at the Grand Hotels and Resorts Group where she was responsible for the development and marketing of some 400 resort residential units, renovated an 18-hole championship golf course and launched a marina and yacht club.

Katrina has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from INSEAD in France. She is fluent in English and Pilipino and conversant in French, Spanish and Italian.
