With more than 10 year experience in the hospitality industry, Marion Rudloff has worked for Marriott, Accor Hotels, Dorchester Collection and Disneyland Paris. In 2012, she joined TripAdvisor Partnerships team to help better understand hotels and hotel chains, learn what top performing hotels on TripAdvisor have in common, understand what solutions hotels need and make sure more hotels are engaged with partnerships activities such as:

• Pro-actively soliciting TripAdvisor reviews from guests
• Displaying TripAdvisor ratings, reviews or awards on hotel’s website
