Nick Davies is co-owner of The Cottage in the Wood hotel, restaurant and bar along with Julia Davies.

The husband and wife team took over ownership in July 2015 and since then have been working on the strategic development and extensive refurbishment plan. The Cottage in the Wood is a 30-bedroom boutique hotel with a two-AA Rosette award winning restaurant. The location is stunning, set in the Malvern hills with panoramic views overlooking the Cotswolds. In his previous life Nick lived and worked as a strategy consultant in central London. Travelling extensively for business and pleasure Nick is now applying his knowledge of hospitality from the guest’s perspective to create a destination hotel, restaurant and bar.
