Nick boasts a considerable track record of franchise and brand development, with over 20 years in the catering industry and strong contacts in the Middle East and Africa. His previous experience encompasses working with brands across the world, including Malmaison, Meridien, Ramada and Holiday Inn in their expansion efforts
