Ellenborough Park

Oliver recently joined the glorious Ellenborough Park in Cheltenham as general manager following a five-year stint at Lime Wood, most of which was as hotel manager.

Previous to that he was F&B manager at the Zetter hotel in Clerkenwell, having moved into the hotel world following a career in restaurants and bars, working for Gordon Ramsay Holdings, D&D, and Oliver Peyton.
