Toby has spent the last 20 years leading the events and leisure industry creating new businesses and marketing existing venues and suppliers.

Toby’s first venue, as co-founder, was the private members club, City Golf Club at Bank in London. Marketing is key in any business and Toby applied his extensive experience at The Brewery, the leading large event venue in London, as marketing director until 2013 when he set about planning Eventopedia. Toby is passionate about improving the industry and was the partnerships director in 2014/15 at the International Special Events Society. Unusual fact: Toby was a white water raft and canoe safari guide on the Zambezi after University.
