Strategy director
Sophie is the agency lead on integrated strategy and planning, and provides internal and client consultancy on the development, implementation and evaluation of customer acquisition strategies based on consumer-first thinking and in-depth market insight. She has played a key role in developing Four’s OPTImAL and REWARD communications planning methodologies which are now embedded as best-practice across the agency, and was a judge in the UK Effie effectiveness awards in 2018 and 2019. Sophie’s experience spans the public and private sectors, and she has worked on campaigns for InterContinental and One & Only hotels, Visit Sweden and Visit Victoria, amongst others, in the travel sector.
