Discover the Boutique Hotel Guest Experience Awards

The Boutique Hotel Guest Experience Awards (BoHos) recognise UK and international boutique, lifestyle and hybrid hotels for providing excellence in guest experience. Uniquely, the BoHos are awarded not on the basis of scores from ivory tower judges or academics, but based on feedback from real guests in the form of verified online reviews and direct feedback.

The awards were presented at a ceremony on the evening of the 2019 Boutique + Lifestyle Summit, in The Kimpton Fitzroy London on 22nd May 2019.

Who can enter?

The awards are open to all UK or international boutique, lifestyle or hybrid hotels, which will compete in various size and location categories. This year, we are also delighted to announce the inclusion of two new Best Group Brand categories that will recognise exceptional guest experience throughout branded groups.

To enter, you just need to be using a system that can provide direct guest feedback. If you don’t use a guest feedback partner already, there’s still a chance for you to enter – the official BoHos data collection partner, GuestRevu, offers complimentary use of its guest feedback and online reputation management solution to all entrants for the duration of the awards
