Director
Tom is currently a director in the hotel valuation team at Christie & Co based in London and Bristol but practising across the whole of the UK and Europe. He has extensive experience valuing branded and unbranded hotels whether they are independently owned and operated, operated under management or tenanted. Boutique and Lifestyle hotels included.
Tom has been valuing hotels for over fifteen years. He joined Christie & Co in 2011 after six years with CBRE Hotels and two years with BNP Paribas. Tom qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 2005 and graduated with a Masters in Real Estate from Reading University in 2003.
Tom’s client base is varied. He works directly with lenders such as HSBC, Santander and Coutts; institutional investors such as Standard Life and M&G; hotels owners such as Katara, Virgin and Thwaites; and in support of other professionals in expert witness and planning matters.
