Head of business development

Previously the UK correspondent for Bulgaria's largest media group BTV, Tzvete Doncheva heads the business development for Spacemize, a coworking platform which turns the underutilised areas of luxury hospitality operators into work spaces during the day. She's helped build the company from inception, modifying the original idea (e.g. targeting hotels instead of restaurants) and launching it to market in 6 months time. Spacemize's partner venues feature some of worlds' most renowned brands such as Marriott, IHG and Hyatt. Spacemize's 'luxury hotel coworking' concept is the innovative way to combine work and social space. An office solution for flexible workers and a new way for hospitality operators to monetise on available space and generate an extra revenue (from F&B spend and hotel services).
