Edgard Helle has worked with leading names in hospitality since 1996. Starting out as runner at Quaglino’s he quickly ascended to bar manager at myhotels and then general manager at The House before arriving at The Zetter to open Bistro Bruno Loubet in 2009. With his art of keeping things simple and a unique understanding that it is people that make a place, he has collaborated with the likes of Jose Pizarro, Chris Corbin, Peter Gordon, Francesco Mazzai, Sabrina Ghayour, Raymond Blanc and the Butter Vikings. Today Edgard is the general manager The Pilgrm, and looks forward to his journey in hotels continuing here.
