Brøchner Hotels

CEO
Karim Nielsen is a renowned person in the Danish hotel and tourism industry and has since 2010 been CEO at the Danish luxury boutique hotel chain Brøchner Hotels, known and awarded for creating unique boutique hotels and exceptional guest experiences. As former CEO of several listed hotel chains, Marketing Director of the Danish Tourist Board and Deputy Director of the shipping company DFDS Seaways, Karim has experienced how a focused approach to innovation and unique concepts, guest experience and service, and management can lead a company to success. At this year’s Boutique Hotel Summit, Karim will debate about the merits of Airbnb for hoteliers, as Brøchner Hotels in 2017 registered luxury bunk bed rooms on Airbnb at Hotel Danmark, shortlisted by Walllpaper* as Best Urban Hotel 2017. Today Brøchner Hotels has four successful boutique hotels in central Copenhagen – 2 new on the way in 2018 and 2019 together with a new boutique hostel concept opening outside of Copenhagen.
