He cares passionately about the growth of niche sectors within the hospitality industry and hosts the annual International Boutique and Lifestyle Hotel Summit . In November 2014, Piers launched a new business to business conference and exhibition - Hostel and Budget Traveller. His company also hosts the annual Leisure Real Estate Summit here in London and the Luxury Hospitality Summit in India. Piers holds an MBA, ISMM and IDM Diplomas and has held senior positions in the national media and retail industries.
