Ramesh Arora is managing director and VP marketing for the Montcalm Luxury Hotels London. Before joining the company he gained extensive experience as a general manager at a range of properties in London, Dubai and Bahrain. In his current role Mr Arora has established, developed and now manages the Montcalm, Park Grand and Shaftesbury hotel brands. He is responsible for group profitability, developing marketing strategies, eMarketing, channel management, revenue management, recruitment, hotel acquisitions, and development.
